About: Former farm cottage sleeping up to 6 set in private gardens bordering our land offering a peaceful rural retreat with the Atlantic coastline just down the lane (Hartland Point-Lighthouse) and walks and views to Lundy Island.

The original cottage dates back over 100years with a large stone fireplace with woodburner.

The ground floor. Open planned with country style kitchen, lounge plus separate spacious dining room. Bathroom with bath, separate WC and side porch.

The first floor. Three bedrooms 1 king-size double and 2 twin. Second bathroom interconnecting with shower & WC.

Outside garden has both lawn & paved areas with table & chairs plus parking for two cars.

Hartland village just 1.5miles has traditional pubs / restaurants, post office, tea rooms & shops plus many arts & crafts outlets.
Similarly situated is Hartland Quay nestling under dramatic cliffs, Hartland Abbey used in many film / TV productions and within a short drive Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets / harbour.
